FAQs for Sip and Paint

Q: How much are the classes? 

A: Two hour classes for adults are offered for $38. Two hour classes for kids are offered for $28. Food and non alcoholic drinks is included in the price.

Q: Do I have to make a reservation?

A: Do to limited space, registration is prefered prior to studio session in order to be gauranteed a seat. Register early, sessions fill up quickly. Payment is due at the time of reservation. Register online, by phone at 334.855.0234 or in store at 1001 A Hwy 165 Fort Mitchell, AL.

Q: What are the studio hours?

A: The studio hours are the session times posted in the events calendar. The studio will open 30 minutes prior to a scheduled session for your convience. If no participants arrive within 30 minutes of a scheduled studio session, then the studio will close for that session. 

Q: Do you allow food and drinks?

A: All fees include refreshments and nonalcoholic drinks. Kid's classes includes lunch and drinks. If you prefer an adult beverage, then the studio is BYOB. You must be at least 21 to consume alcohol in the studio. ID will be checked if you bring alcohol on the premises.

Q: What time does the class start? 
A: The class start times are posted in the events calendar section in the footer. Please arrive at least fifteen to thirty minutes prior to class start time to get settled.

Q: When is open studio?

A: Every class session is open studio. Feel free to paint what you desire or follow the instructor. We can't wait to see your masterpiece!

Q: I can't draw, will I be able to do this?
A: Yes, most people are surprised how easy it is to follow along. If you get stuck, don’t worry we will assist you.

Q: Will my painting be dry by the end of the night? 
A: Yes, if not, we have hair dryers that will speed up the process.

Q: When do you post a new schedule? 
A: The events calendar is usually updated on the 10th of the month for the following month.

Q: Can I bring my children to the evening classes?
A: The adult evening classes is an adult atmosphere and may not be appropriate for children. Children are more than welcome to attend kids' classes or family sessions. 

Q: Is this just for women?
A: ABSOLUTELY NOT! This is an experience that men and women can enjoy together. In fact. most men have a very enjoyable experience, after we convince them to attend that is. We do schedule ladies’ night events that are specifically for women. The calendar will indicate if it is a ladies’ night.

Q: Can I book a party?

A: Yes, you can reserve the room for a private party? Please schedule as soon as possible if you would like to book a party. A minimum of 6 and maximum of 10 individuals is allowed for parties. There is no additional cost to have the party but payment is due at the time of reservation.

Q: What is your cancelation/refund policy?

A: If you fail to show for a scheduled session, you forfiet any rights to a refund or store credit. If you cancel within 24 hrs of a session you will be issued a store credit, good for use on another session. 48 hrs or more notice is required for a full refund. Please call the showroom during normal business hours to request cancelations.

We reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. In the event that this happens, registrants will be given a full refund.

Q: Is there an age limit?

Guests 7 - 13 are welcome to attend "Kid's classes.

Guests any age are welcome to attend "Family Day" classes.

Guest 21 and up are welcome to attend "Adult Class"
