• All return cost are the responsibility of the consumer unless other arrangements have been made.  Please contact merchant to determine if your item can  be refunded or returned before returning any items.

• We will gladly accept returns if a product has been received damaged in transit  providing that goods are returned in their original packaging.  In this case a return shipping label will be mailed to you. We cannot accept returns where the item has been opened or used.  

• Your refund or credit will be issued within 7 days of your return being received. 

• We do not allow refunds for items if you refuse to accept packages or send them to the wrong shipping address. 

• We cannot be responsible for items returned without prior notification.
